The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

The first recruiter-facing site took shape: an accessible construction page, résumé access, search metadata, agent guidance and favicons were added. The construction hero also went through its first image-optimization work.
The main implementation friction recorded that day was the hero asset itself, which required successive optimization/compression changes.
