The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Daily report

Two meaningful product changes landed after the October 20 brief and before the October 21 morning cutoff.

Thingamajob’s public experience changed substantially: the historical demo was replaced as the primary interaction by the unfinished Text/URL/File evaluator. It uses James’s canonical career evidence, clearly labels itself as a working prototype, retains detailed assessments privately, preserves the public/protected boundary, and uses the existing controlled same-origin evaluation path.

The theme menu was also optimized without redesigning it. Nine first-open lazy SVG requests were consolidated into one content-hashed, immutably cached SVG sprite while preserving the approved artwork, labels, keyboard/focus behavior, forced-colors behavior and accessibility.

Those are the October 21 brief’s changes.

The Buildometer/homepage layout and deployment-grid work performed later on October 21 did not exist at this cutoff and belongs to the next brief.
