The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Rigby’s portfolio greeting now offers clearer play and dismissal choices, with a brief excited response and a stationary cookie that can reopen the invitation. The October 26 release was verified on desktop and mobile under reduced motion. A subsequent change on main removes the reserved roaming lane and turns Rigby toward cookies; that later integration is not reported here as independently verified in production.
Validated / learned
The October 27 Executive Scrum Brief failed at the authoring handoff for a second consecutive day. No dated Jira payload was available when the publisher ran. All 13 tests passed, and the publisher stopped before publishing rather than substituting invented content. This late recovery records the missed delivery; the cause of the missed scheduled authoring execution remains unverified.
The reported desktop navigation failure after inactivity remains unresolved in the current Jira record. Fresh-page and short-session checks cannot establish idle reliability, so the earlier successful checks do not close that defect.
Current focus
Creative Town has reached local character sizing and review, with reusable artwork, source attribution and explicit approval tracked separately. Its work is now paused by owner direction. The local sizing scene and accumulated character drafts are not a shipped town experience.
The immediate delivery focus is restoring the existing editorial handoff: one verified daily narrative in Jira, followed by the established publisher. Recovery must preserve the historical record and avoid adding another reporting pipeline.

Establish why scheduled authoring missed its deadline and verify the next execution by its saved Jira payload. Reproduce the desktop navigation defect under idle and background-tab conditions before choosing a fix. Resume Creative Town only on renewed owner direction, starting from the saved sizing and review work.
