The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

The portfolio’s published Product Journal is now readable in the initial page HTML, including each dated brief and its archive links. The release preserves the historical wording while making that evidence available before JavaScript runs. A production redirect also consolidates plain HTTP visits onto the corresponding HTTPS address, reducing duplicate delivery without changing the site’s content.
Public analytics now follows completed page journeys and distinguishes header navigation, carousel links and other meaningful entry points. A production correction keeps action locations aligned with the page actually visited. Résumé, contact and completed-evaluation events are configured as key events, giving the measurement model a clearer separation between browsing and high-value intent.
Validated / learned
The discoverability release was checked across all 52 sitemap URLs, with focused desktop, mobile and accessibility checks. Google reports Home and About indexed, while the latest inspected journal entry remains discovered but not indexed despite a successful live eligibility test. Bing’s sitemap has since reached Success with 52 discovered URLs. Crawl eligibility and sitemap acceptance do not establish ranking gains.
Production analytics requests show the expected page counts and distinct navigation context in representative desktop and mobile journeys. New Realtime queries still returned no rows, and the reporting dimensions needed for richer context remain unconfigured. Verified collection therefore does not yet establish complete reporting readiness or visitor conversion outcomes.
The 9 AM editorial handoff missed another day: no October 28 authored payload was present in Jira when this recovery began. The existing authoring automation was still attached to a chat with interrupted authoring runs. Its destination has now been moved to a dedicated brief chat; that configuration change does not establish the cause of today’s missed wake or prove the next unattended execution will succeed.
Current focus
Measurement follow-through is the active delivery gap: finish the bounded reporting configuration, verify new report receipt and continue search-indexing follow-up. Thingamajob’s private audit trail retains its privacy and retention boundaries; genuine production-success metadata and billed-cost reconciliation remain unverified.
Creative Town’s renewed overnight asset pass has reached a saved review checkpoint. Independent drafts remain distinct from approved production assets, blocked references remain explicit, and the queue is paused while awaiting review or new actionable sources. The reported navigation failure after retained-tab inactivity also remains open; fresh-page checks do not close it.
Next
Register and verify the missing reporting dimensions, confirm processed acquisition-to-page-to-action evidence, and inspect indexing progress without treating operator checks as visitor behavior. Reproduce the retained-tab navigation defect under the reported conditions. Review the saved Creative Town drafts before further production use, and judge the next 9 AM authoring run by its actual verified Jira payload.
