The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Thingamajob’s evidence workflow became more explicit. UNKNOWNs gained a real resolution path, client workflows were verified in isolation, protected presentation became reusable, and correction history/audit navigation were preserved.
The key constraint was historical integrity: corrections could not erase approved-claim history, and unresolved evidence could not silently become truth.
