The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Implemented and reviewed

The portfolio’s carousel now uses a consistent Explore treatment and native links across all 15 slides, with artwork pause controls available to keyboard and assistive-technology users. Desktop and mobile checks covered navigation, motion controls and accessibility without changing the approved artwork.

Thingamajob’s public evaluation funnel gained instrumentation to connect submissions and results with later exploration of career evidence and résumé or contact actions. The approved design keeps submitted content out of general analytics and sets a 90-day retention boundary for new public evaluation records; backend integration and release verification remain separate work.

The updated downloadable résumé passed Codex review this morning. It preserves the approved career narrative in one selectable-text page, includes GitHub, and maintains the existing download URL. The change is still awaiting release and is not reported as live.

Validated / learned

Today’s missed Executive Scrum Brief exposed an operational gap: the Jira-to-publication adapter existed, but the 9 AM authoring job had not supplied the required narrative. The publisher correctly stopped instead of inventing a report. A daily authoring automation has now been created, while recovery uses the existing publication path.

The earlier uncertainty about publisher credentials was resolved by a successful read-only Jira preflight on October 23. That evidence verifies access, not the presence of a daily brief or successful publication.

Current focus

The next architectural increment is Creative Town’s canonical character and prop registry. The roster has been reconciled with the expanded world: resident and cameo participation remain separate from mandatory appearance, recurring gags retain their defining constraints, and unresolved history or missing reusable assets remain explicit. No town artwork or scene construction has begun under this scope.

Next

Implement and validate the registry as the foundation for later cast selection and episode variation. Keep character identity, participation, asset readiness and scene eligibility distinct so future compositions can change without changing canon. Complete the résumé release and the remaining evaluation-telemetry integration through their existing review and delivery paths.
