The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.
Executive Scrum Brief —
Daily report
Client #1 proved exception-based review: clean directly supported facts could be established automatically, routine discrepancies could be resolved without unnecessary owner intervention, and the false-positive questions had been eliminated. No human-required questions remained.
Protected TEST presented a usable résumé assembly with provenance, correction history and diagnostics. JD evaluation and sealed-benchmark comparison had not started.
On the public site, Home and the case study shared one Thingamajob component. The four candidate/job evidence outcomes were established; the corrected homepage presentation, texture/depth work and living-theme shadows were live; five reviewed responsive artwork slides had replaced the temporary designs; Creative Town remained unchanged; AVIF/WebP delivery was live; production had returned to perfect Lighthouse scores.
The next explicit gate was the sealed benchmark comparison. Real JD evaluation would follow only if that comparison held up.
