The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Rigby’s Biscuit Trail expanded from its first encounter into a sitewide cookie hunt with a delayed greeting. Follow-up releases added articulated sit, shake, beg, roll and jumping poses, corrected the drifting idle wag, and kept the mobile companion visible while allowing brief crossings of written content. The work makes the playful layer more expressive while retaining ordinary portfolio navigation as the primary experience.

The desktop header now keeps the logo and navigation on one line, with compact navigation used when the available width is too small. This resolves the visible wrapping problem without forcing desktop controls into narrow layouts.

Validated / learned

The navigation release passed its production build, focused header checks and scoped accessibility checks across desktop and mobile widths. Those short-session checks did not establish long-idle reliability: James has now reported that desktop navigation stops responding after the site is left dormant. The defect is logged at high priority, with reproduction and root cause still unverified.

Today’s 9 AM editorial handoff did not produce a dated Jira payload. The configured authoring automation remained active, but the visible chat history contains yesterday’s successful wake and no corresponding execution for this morning. This late recovery supplies the missing narrative; it does not establish why the scheduled wake was missed or claim that publication has completed.

Current focus

The immediate reliability concern is the newly reported desktop navigation failure after inactivity. Investigation needs to capture the idle interval, browser state, input behavior and any blocking layer or application error before selecting a fix.

Creative Town is progressing through independent character review rather than a town-runtime release. The owner is correcting likeness, costume, expression and relative scale, reusing verified source artwork where possible, and distinguishing finished drafts from rejected or unresolved requests. Rigby remains the mayor and sole fully interactive character.

Next

Reproduce and resolve the idle-navigation defect, then verify the affected idle and background-tab conditions rather than relying only on fresh-page checks. Recover this morning’s missed authoring handoff through the existing Jira-to-publisher path, and confirm the next scheduled execution. Continue the character-review corrections with consistent relative scale; do not treat the asset catalog or illustration drafts as a shipped town scene.
