The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

The Blognostisphere published “The Difference Between Good, and Good Enough,” turning the project’s quality-versus-scope decisions into a substantive portfolio article. The approved manuscript and its four research citations were preserved, with accessible headings, search metadata and a verified mobile presentation.

The Big Dumb Bass concept now connects its carousel slide to a shared article hero. A bounded fish approach and stronger lure lighting bring the visual metaphor to both surfaces while retaining keyboard pause, static reduced-motion presentation and ordinary navigation. A separate asset correction restores a complete pig beneath its expression overlays, so delayed overlays no longer expose holes in the base artwork.

Validated / learned

Yesterday’s missing executive brief was recovered through the existing Jira-to-publication pipeline. The October 24 narrative was published and read back successfully; the failure was the missing authored input, rather than a need for another publisher. This morning’s authoring run supplies the next dated payload ahead of the 10 AM handoff.

The latest visual release passed production desktop and mobile checks with no scoped accessibility violations, overflow or application errors. Measurements do not establish a performance improvement, and the documented risk that a cold fish arrival outlasts its carousel dwell remains open.

The résumé replacement is now recorded as complete on product-owner confirmation. Thingamajob’s evaluation telemetry is also deployed, correcting yesterday’s earlier snapshot, but acceptance remains open around billing attribution and reporting limits; instrumentation alone cannot prove visitor identity, usefulness or abandonment.

Current focus

Rigby’s Biscuit Trail has advanced from broad exploration to a bounded first encounter. After reviewing pixel and cartoon treatments, James favors deliberately low-resolution Pixel Rigby within the polished portfolio. The proposed interaction is one entrance, a stationary feed button, a short joyful pogo reaction and a separate optional link to career evidence, with dismissal and equivalent static controls.

Creative Town remains a separate workstream. Independent character preparation was authorized overnight with provenance and review checkpoints, while town composition, runtime delivery and automatic promotion of drafts remain outside that authorization. The current record does not establish completion of that asset queue.

Build and visually review Rigby’s first encounter before expanding into a cross-route biscuit trail. Preserve normal navigation, content geometry and keyboard access throughout. Reconcile the overnight character-preparation results against the living registry and review any ready drafts without treating missing or unapproved assets as production-ready.
