The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Rigby’s Biscuit Trail now rewards successful cookie collections with 13 flavor-specific dance routines. The owner-approved first pass includes articulated breakdance poses and a blue cookie-beast transformation, adding variety to the companion without changing the collection itself. The release reached production through the established delivery pipeline, and the approved artwork was verified against the live asset.

The reward system keeps one active performance: a newer collection replaces the current routine, restored or duplicate collections do not generate extra rewards, and reopening the greeting hides the companion. Reduced-motion, pause and background-tab behavior remain part of the interaction contract.

Validated / learned

All 13 routines were exercised locally, supported by 14 focused tests and a successful production build. Live desktop checks verified representative dances, saved collections, clean completion and duplicate protection. Mobile checks confirmed the existing small avatar size and the homepage reward, with no audition controls exposed in production.

On dense mobile About and case-study layouts, a collection can succeed while the dance is deliberately skipped because there is no safe whitespace area large enough for it. This preserves the reward record and protects written content and controls; it is an explicit limitation of where animation can appear. The Chrome checks do not establish real Android long-idle reliability.

The editorial handoff remains unreliable despite yesterday’s corrective instructions. Today’s visible automation wake arrived at 10:06 AM Eastern, after the publishing deadline, with no dated Jira brief present. This is a late recovery, and the reason for the delayed wake has not yet been established.

Current focus

The cookie-dance release is complete and its story is closed. The outstanding interaction reliability issue is still navigation in retained or dormant tabs; the dance release does not resolve or reproduce that separate defect. Creative Town remains paused with its saved assets awaiting the appropriate review.

Analytics reporting readiness also remains open in the current project record. Production collection was previously verified, but missing reporting dimensions, new report receipt, search-indexing follow-through and genuine evaluator-success or billed-cost evidence are not established as complete.

Next

Reproduce the retained-tab navigation failure under the actual idle and resume conditions before selecting a fix. Complete the remaining reporting configuration and confirm processed acquisition-to-page-to-action evidence. Separately, investigate why the authoring alarm reached this chat after its deadline, using scheduler and execution timestamps rather than treating an active configuration as proof of timely delivery.
