The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Implemented and reviewed

The career-evidence work advanced from locating source files to a maintained source and résumé workflow. The protected test canonical store gained four narrowly scoped Shady White Van project facts, with existing assertions preserved and evidence references retained. A versioned long-form master now incorporates those additions and established work since its October baseline, reducing dependence on chat memory and temporary download locations. This is source maintenance, not a new public application release.

A local résumé selector now offers three direct choices: full career history, the existing general-purpose résumé, and a job-specific path into Thingamajob. The comprehensive public derivative was reviewed across all ten pages; the existing shorter download remains byte-for-byte intact. The selector and downloads are ready for owner review, with main integration and production release still separate.

Thingamajob’s future-activity telemetry continuation is also reviewable. It strengthens bounded analytics fields, explicitly marked operator or test activity, and career-evidence follow-through while reusing the existing lifecycle records, correlation and retention design. The historical usage investigation was removed from scope. No deployment or paid evaluation was performed.

Validated / learned

Canonical-source maintenance verified that prior assertions were unchanged and that the existing evaluator query could retrieve the four new project facts with their evidence references. The work preserved the distinction between demonstrated project use and unsupported claims of expertise or tenure; downstream career surfaces were not automatically updated.

Local selector checks exercised both actual PDF downloads, matching file hashes, keyboard access and direct navigation to Thingamajob at desktop and mobile widths. Focused header tests and a production build passed, with no scoped automated accessibility violations or overflow in the inspected selector. A tagged PDF and visual page inspection do not establish PDF/UA certification.

The telemetry continuation passed 23 frontend and seven backend fixture tests, strict backend type checking and a final build without provider calls. A missing new file in the saved frontend patch was caught and corrected this morning; the complete patch then passed an isolated apply check. Actual analytics report receipt, verified dollar costs and production acceptance remain unestablished.

Current focus

The immediate delivery focus is review and integration of the résumé selector, maintained career sources and paired telemetry patches. All four corresponding work items are in review; completed local checks and protected-source updates must remain distinct from public production availability.

The broader Shady White Van career-propagation work remains open. Maintaining the canonical evidence and master provides a foundation, but it does not by itself complete résumé, LinkedIn, professional-site or matching-tool updates.

Next

Review the comprehensive résumé and selector, then integrate and release only the accepted public changes through the existing delivery path. Review the frontend and backend telemetry patches together before a separately authorized release. Carry the scoped project evidence into downstream career claims with provenance, and keep report-ingestion and cost limits explicit until independently verified.
