The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

The Shady White Van case study is live with the approved project narrative and a shared, responsive 3:1 exhibit of the actual site. It now appears immediately after Creative Town in Case Studies, with its own canonical address and sitemap registration. The release turns the project’s browser-3D and generative-design work into inspectable portfolio evidence without rewriting the upstream van implementation.
Creative Town’s case study gained an owner-approved comedy clip and accompanying explanation at the point where the article discusses image-generation failures. The responsive, lazy-loaded player does not autoplay, and the supplied scene transcript is available to assistive technology. The original article, live town hero and scene-selection logic remain intact.
Validated / learned
The Shady White Van release preserved all 190 approved prose paragraphs. Production desktop and mobile checks confirmed the 3:1 exhibit, navigation placement, no horizontal overflow or page errors, and zero violations in the scoped automated accessibility rules. An upstream keyboard-framing limitation remains: tabbing inside the exhibit can reach its header or footer and scroll away from the stage. Native keyboard access and a link to the full site were preserved.
The Creative Town addition passed focused article-integrity and component checks and a production build. Desktop and mobile verification found all 33 supplied timestamped dialogue cues in the browser accessibility tree, usable keyboard access to the player and no scoped automated accessibility violations. A manual spoken-screen-reader session was not claimed.
The evidence review also separated historical performance results from the current heavier 3D experience. New work explicitly requires current mobile and desktop measurement before older baseline scores can be presented as results for the expanded build. Planned security work similarly establishes future verification requirements; creating those stories does not demonstrate implemented controls.
Current focus
The next career-evidence work is to reconcile shipped Shady White Van capabilities with the canonical evidence library, professional site, résumé and matching tools. The backlog requires bounded claims with provenance rather than inferring years of expertise from a newly shipped capability. These updates remain planned, not completed.
A security backlog now covers the current site’s threat model, third-party and deployment boundaries, and architecture and verification gates before account or payment features launch. This is preparation for sensitive functionality, not a claim that login, commerce or security hardening has shipped.
Next
Review both case-study additions in production, address the demonstrated exhibit keyboard-framing issue through the upstream implementation, and measure the current 3D experience before making performance claims. Reconcile the evidence library before propagating new career assertions. Establish the security baseline and required account and payment boundaries before implementing those sensitive features.
