The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Daily report

The approved public site was reconciled back onto `main` without dragging protected Thingamajob server/API/TEST implementation into the public application.

The public workflow was decoupled from the protected implementation, the build passed, and the public demo made no protected API requests. There was intentionally no new visual/product feature in that baseline.

Immediately afterward, the Daily Scrum Brief and permanent Product Journal machinery were activated. October 16 was preserved as the initial history entry, dated journal routes were established, Cloudflare publication verification was wired in, and the daily 10 AM Eastern schedule was established.

This day’s actual story was public/protected reconciliation plus journal automation.
