The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Daily report

Because no October 18 brief had been published, this brief covers the meaningful change since the last successful publication.

Mobile startup work had been tightened and Buildometer had become a real evidence-backed dashboard with its approved T₀ baseline. The homepage teaser and durable daily development reports were in place, and the older Scrum history had been reconstructed.

On October 19 itself, the production scheduler was connected to the existing Scrum workflow dispatch, Cloudflare’s empty POST behavior was handled, the required runtime secret was bound correctly, and the Daily Scrum Brief successfully published after those corrections.

The meaningful story was Buildometer, durable reporting, and getting the automation genuinely operational.
