The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

The portfolio now exposes LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Bluesky through a shared profile configuration, with static marks in navigation and BEDLAM-treated buttons in the footer. Follow-up releases corrected the icon geometry, theme inversion and navigation alignment. Each footer button uses one logo mask and one animated field, while the reusable BEDLAM component accepts different mark shapes. Reduced-motion preferences select the static Teetotaler presentation and stop the affected animation.

Creative Town received a targeted production correction for the reported performer, donkey and neighboring-character overlap. The release removed unconditional performer sway and reserved donkey clearance while preserving the existing selector and assets. This emergency fix is narrower than the broader scene-spacing rework.

Validated / learned

The social-link work passed focused tests, builds and representative production browser checks of all four services, complementary masks, geometry and keyboard focus. A fresh production mobile Lighthouse sample recorded Performance 74 and Accessibility 100. There was no matched production control, so the result does not establish that the social animation caused the lower performance or that its incremental cost is negligible.

The broader Creative Town solver passed 500 local renderer draws without measured overlap, but the owner rejected its composition this morning. Reducing the visible population to 20–25 and scaling characters into available slots failed the intended lively town and believable proportions. The local solver was not deployed. This review establishes that collision statistics alone are insufficient acceptance evidence for the scene.

Current focus

Creative Town spacing is being reworked from the preserved local checkpoint. The required outcome is a full, well-distributed population with believable relative scale and protected table areas, rather than hiding residents, shrinking large figures into leftover slots or dropping them as a capacity workaround. The choice between existing scene dimensions and a deeper foreground plaza remains unresolved.

The social-link story remains in review, with production behavior available for owner use and performance attribution still limited. A separate backlog item now calls for production build versions and commit stamps; its existence does not establish that build identification has been implemented.

Next

Resolve the scene-geometry direction, then review actual desktop and mobile compositions for population, distribution, scale and protected areas before accepting another solver or authorizing deployment. Use a controlled same-build comparison to assess social-animation cost if performance investigation continues, and implement build identification through its own scoped work.
