The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.
Executive Scrum Brief —
Implemented and reviewed
A combined local analytics increment now measures meaningful Thingamajob input steps and Rigby interactions through the existing analytics helper. It distinguishes selecting an input method or file from successful preparation, submission, evaluation and result engagement. Consent and explicit internal-browser controls apply across page views and events, and documented reporting separates recorded actions from conclusions about visitor intent. The implementation remains on hold for owner behavior review and has not been deployed.
Development workspaces have moved out of synchronized storage into a local development area, with a durable operating policy covering source ownership, preservation and cleanup. The change addresses dependency and worktree accumulation that had overwhelmed shared storage. Recovery exceptions and reconciliation work remain explicit; the policy does not establish that all cleanup or backup verification is complete.
Validated / learned
The analytics increment passed 90 focused frontend tests, eight bootstrap/report tests and a production build, plus 12 controlled browser scenarios using intercepted requests. Existing full-suite compiler errors and the same baseline test failures remain, so the suite is not reported as fully passing. These checks did not establish owner acceptance: a reported Rigby behavior failure triggered a deployment hold.
A blue but stationary second-cookie reaction was conditionally reproduced when Pause Rigby had been selected before turning him off and bringing him back. The same retained pause state occurs in unchanged main, and the existing Resume control restarts playback. This identifies a plausible pre-existing state interaction, but the owner’s affected state is not yet confirmed and no fix is claimed.
The latest inspected Creative Town record still rejects the reduced-population spacing solution. Additional full-cast layout commits exist in the repository, but no new verified acceptance or deployment receipt was found. Those commits are not reported as a shipped resolution.
Current focus
The immediate analytics delivery gate is reproducing the owner’s exact Rigby trigger and saved state, then validating any necessary correction together with consent and internal-traffic boundaries. Missing historical events remain missing evidence, not proof that visitors never used the features.
Career-source maintenance also has an owner-confirmed accessibility-tool correction to reconcile and propagate. The current Jira correction records the instruction, but persisted canonical and generated résumé updates have not yet been verified. Workspace preservation and storage reconciliation remain separate operational work.
Next
Confirm the actual failing Rigby state before selecting a behavior change, and keep the combined analytics release on hold until owner review is satisfied. Verify the persisted career-source correction and its downstream derivatives. Review Creative Town’s full-cast compositions visually before accepting or releasing the spacing rework, while preserving unique workspace artifacts during operational cleanup.
