The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

Executive Scrum Brief —

Thingamajob and Rigby action measurement reached production after the owner separated the pre-existing pause behavior into its own follow-up. The release adds meaningful evaluator input and outcome steps, companion actions and cookie activity, with the required reporting dimensions registered. A subsequent owner-directed correction makes analytics available when no preference has been saved, while preserving explicit denial and independent internal-browser suppression.

Buildometer now publishes a reconciled progress observation with an actual observation date and freshness state. The approved snapshot is 184 shipped points out of 445 known points, or 41.3%, with 261 remaining. A repeatable assisted release check now identifies when a newer eligible deployment needs reconciliation, while preserving prior observations and preventing data-only refreshes from creating an endless release loop.

Both public résumé downloads and their selector were corrected and verified live. They lead with current independent projects, preserve the owner-approved chronology and explanation, and use the exact Short Form Resume, Long Form Resume and Custom Resume order. Final page counts were measured after export rather than imposed as layout targets. The associated protected test canonical correction was subsequently authorized, applied and verified.

Validated / learned

Live analytics checks confirmed collector acceptance of page views and meaningful actions, explicit-denial persistence and zero Google requests from internally marked browsers. A duplicate automatic history page view was identified and disabled; the final checks recorded one initial view and one per completed application navigation. Collector HTTP 204 responses do not establish processed report visibility, which remains unconfirmed. Fictional evaluator responses exercised the deployed interface without paid evaluations, and the labeled QA campaigns must be excluded from visitor conclusions.

Buildometer’s home, dashboard and public data agreed in production. Focused calculation and interface checks passed; missing estimates and mixed-scope membership decisions remain held rather than guessed. The later résumé release correctly caused a new pending-reconciliation result, so the existing observation must not be described as accounting for every subsequent release.

The revised résumé downloads matched the inspected final artifacts, with all eight exported pages visually reviewed and desktop/mobile selector checks completed. The protected correction preserved existing canonical records and was visible through the evaluator consumer boundary. No external LinkedIn or application synchronization is established. Known unrelated full-suite compiler blockers remain documented across these releases.

Current focus

The measurement focus has moved from collection setup to processed reporting: verify event and dimension visibility, inspect filters if necessary, and preserve the distinction between recorded intent and completed outcomes. The Rigby experiment remains inactive, with pause/off/bring-back behavior handled separately.

Buildometer needs a bounded reconciliation of the newer résumé release against accepted whole-story scope. Additional footer, living-sky and Home/About passes are now backlog work; their creation does not establish implementation or deployment.

Next

Confirm processed analytics reporting without manufacturing paid evaluations or treating absent rows as zero usage. Review the résumé release against the approved Buildometer membership and evidence rules before adding another observation. Continue the separate Rigby behavior follow-up and select the next presentation pass through owner review, using focused validation and internally marked QA browsers.
