The original automated Scrum Brief archive was replaced after review showed that reusable project-status metadata had been interpreted as day-by-day project activity. The corrected archive was reconstructed from dated project evidence so each entry reflects what was actually happening in its reporting period.

The portfolio’s footer now extends the coastal setting into a waterfront, with restrained curved ripples and sky-derived color. Recognizable social marks replace the separate animated fields previously used for each footer icon. Owner review refined the water movement, removed the content card and kept the copyright area clear, while stronger button and navigation typography and theme-based depth improve the controls’ visual presence.
The same release refined the living sky and separated Home from About. Home introduces current project and writing evidence; About emphasizes enterprise constraints, accessibility philosophy and engineering judgment. These approved changes reached production through the existing pipeline, alongside yesterday’s successfully published brief.
Validated / learned
Production desktop and mobile checks covered the approved pages, footer, accessibility-statement focus recovery, Cookie Policy access and reduced-motion behavior, with no overflow, page errors or Google requests from the internally marked QA browser. The build passed, and prior focused tests and eight-theme contrast evidence were retained. Stylesheet warnings remain below hard limits; no new performance score is claimed.
Further owner review found the next homepage proposal too crowded and disconnected from the site’s visual identity. The revised local direction puts the Conservatory first and uses distinctive proof treatments, existing writing and a compact Buildometer. Thingamajob, construction messaging and the deployment grid are removed from that local homepage, while project routes and underlying work remain preserved. The revision is not deployed.
The Shady White Van exhibit’s parent-page scroll jump was reproduced: a child-page scrollIntoView call propagated scrolling into its ancestor. A local child-window scroll correction preserves the exhibit’s internal starting position and leaves parent scroll and focus unchanged in the tested scenario. The upstream correction remains unpublished, so public resolution cannot yet be claimed.
Current focus
The active review is the revised homepage’s visual storytelling, hierarchy and project discovery, preserving the Conservatory, BEDLAM and Living Themes. Its local implementation and paired exhibit correction await owner visual approval and coordinated release.
Buildometer’s release check reports pending reconciliation for the newer waterfront and page release. Existing totals and the observation date were preserved rather than adding unsupported point credit or freshness.
Next
Review the local homepage entrance, proof links, writing and compact progress element at desktop and mobile widths. Verify the exhibit while the parent page is partially scrolled, then coordinate any approved child and parent releases before reporting the scroll issue fixed in production. Reconcile the released presentation work through the existing Buildometer evidence workflow without inferring whole-story completion from commits alone.
